How to join?

 

Step 1: Complete the VIP Club Form, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, and make your payment to secure your membership.

Step 2: Once your payment is received, we’ll create a selection of personalised packages tailored just for you.

Step 3: Choose the package that suits you best and let us know your preference.

Step 4: We’ll arrange your direct debit and finalise the dates and times of your appointments.

VIP Club Terms and Conditions

By joining the House of Dapper Dogs VIP Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and the smooth running of your membership.

1. Bookings & Appointment Amendments

    •    Each appointment may be amended once only to a different date, provided that at least 72 working hours’ notice is given.

    •    All appointment changes are subject to availability.

    •    Appointments cannot be continuously pushed forward to align with rescheduled dates, as this may reduce the number of grooms within your plan year.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

    •    If you need to cancel your appointment, or feel your dog no longer requires their groom, your monthly Direct Debit payment must still be made.

    •    VIP appointments are reserved for you for 12 months and form part of your membership plan.

    •    If less than 72 working hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, that month’s VIP payment will be forfeited.

    •    Any replacement appointment in these circumstances will be charged at the full ad hoc grooming fee.

3. Payments & Membership Fees

    •    Your membership is based on a monthly Direct Debit, which must continue regardless of appointment attendance.

    •    Any missed payments must be settled before your next grooming appointment can take place.

    •    If payment is chased on more than two occasions, your VIP membership may be cancelled.

    •    Additional grooming needs that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of booking may incur extra charges. We will endeavour to contact you immediately, but these costs remain your responsibility.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

    •    Should you wish to leave the VIP Club, please contact us before cancelling your Direct Debit.

    •    Upon cancellation, a balance check will be carried out to confirm if money is owed to you, or if payment is owed to House of Dapper Dogs.

    •    House of Dapper Dogs reserves the right to cancel any VIP membership at any time.

 

If you cancel your membership or change your mind, the joining payment is non-refundable.
