Gemma has groomed our cockapoo for 5 years and we couldn’t recommend her enough! She is absolutely brilliant, Suki always comes home looking perfect and smelling amazing. Suki had to have back surgery last year and needed to learn to walk again, Gemma was incredibly attentive and had special facilities in place to ensure that Suki was looked after during her groom. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I cannot praise Gemma highly enough for how my nervous rescue dog and I were looked after on our first visit to her for a full groom. I include myself, as she took so much time to fully understand about my dogs nerves and that keeping her anxiety low was priority over everything for me. She reassured me that she would only do what my dog was comfortable with, which was exactly what I wanted (my dog has hip dysplasia). She played with her, messaged me halfway through to tell me she was doing OK...and that she was giving her a little break. Only one dog in at a time...great for nervous dogs...and a peaceful tucked away grooming salon with parking right outside, next to stables...perfect! And someone who genuinely cares about your dog. Gemma is my best find of the year and although it was a little drive for me...I wouldn't hesitate to drive double the distance for the level of love and care my little one got. Absolutely first class! And she came out looking perfect... exactly as I'd hoped...with no skin irritation (which has happened previously elsewhere). Gemma will really listen to what you want and what's needed. Easiest recommendation ever! Thank you so much Gemma...we both normally dread grooming appointments but you really have changed the narrative.
